In this presentation, national coach of the year Jim Davis shares research he conducted at Harvard University as well as strategies developed while training more than 30 state and national championship teams, to provide educators with a roadmap to go Beyond Strength and teach lessons that last a lifetime. Through a collaborative session with attendees, participants will be able to combine research-based SEL strategies with high-performance weightroom progressions.
