Biblioguidance is based on books to help readers connect with others, analyze thoughts and behaviors, gain new insights, and learn coping strategies. Adopting this belief, the presenters share a curriculum in which students read young adult novels with health-related and social justice themes. Using the novels as context and common ground, students participate in learning activities aligned with the Learning for Justice social justice standards and the NHES. Research findings are shared; implementation options are discussed.
